Beside these programmes it was felt that there should be at least one centre where the jobseekers could get some information and guidance for job opportunities. Thus AICMEU in way back 1984, established a Centre at Mumbai to facilitate the jobseekers to hunt for jobs. This motivated the people of Calcutta and Kanpur to work on same pattern. During last 22 years approx. 19,000 jobseekers registered with us whereas local employers opened around 17,000 vacancies to recruit people. We organized approximately 34,000 interviews and successfully placed 7425 candidates at local employment market. The brief statistical report in the following table will reflect our work during last 23 years (1984 to 2007). We also trained 1586 job applicants to apply and appear before job interviews–

www.login4job.com – Online Employment Information Service
After 20 years of local employment information services, AICMEU developed an internet based employment programme in the name of www.login4job.Com to spread the services to other places as well. This database programme being launched on 26th January 2005, but after some technical errors / disturbances, the programme started working w.e.f. 14th March 2005. During 14th March 2005 to 31st March 2007, it induced total 9,085 job applicants register for job information, while total 3,685 vacancies posted by 220 employers. However, the system flashed 18,744 e mails to employer and equal numbers to jobseekers about probability of match cases. In during the year 201 persons / organizations took interest to help the local people through our portal www.login4job.com . There list and details are available as Info Centres on website.
Please note that –
This portal www.login4job.com could be a vital source to arrange the human resource database for the community, thereafter allocate and place these resources at suitable places.
The designing of the programme is self intelligent enough to sort the human resource as per job requirement and inform the job seekers and employers through e mail message at their inbox.
There is provision and scope for all type and level of human resource to apply for jobs at login4job and similarly the employer could seek human resource for any job mentioning the required qualification, trade and skill with level of experiences.
The employment prospects of the community could be realized if we acknowledge the community members about this programme. Indeed the desired outcome is possible with specific promotional plan and strategy.
We have the technical features in www.login4job.com to meet the job information requirements for the community. All we need is to break the community ignorance about this portal through advertisement and publicity at selected 300 districts of India where 84% Indian Muslim live.
Once the community will come to know about this service, the needful will use it and take due advantages by bridging the job information gap in employment market.
So let’s fulfill our responsibility to inform all community members about this portal www.login4job.com and request them to use this free service to obtain maximum employment information services without any cost.
Minimum we could inform others about this portal.
Maximum we need to publish stickers, flex banner and advertisements in newspapers for general Muslim awareness about this free service.
Join a movement to eradicate unemployment from the Community!
